INDIVIDUAL COURSES AND CONSULTING
The need to change and upgrade their work for various reasons (different content and process knowledge of employees in the company, development of new technologies, changes in processes within the company) require continuous education and training of employees. Training enables employees to refresh, supplement, expand and deepen the knowledge and skills they need at work.
Curriculum: We offer individual process training and consulting, tailored to the wishes and requirements of the client. The content of individual training is a combination of the client’s selection of objectives in connection with the needs of the client. The curriculum can be prepared after a preliminary assessment of their requirements.
Course objective: individual courses are designed to take account of particular company’s characteristics or their requirement. Candidates will work on concrete examples adapted to their work processes.
Course purpose: individual workshop will enable candidates to:
- acquire the required knowledge at the highest level,
- acquire knowledge based on their business processes,
- achieve sustainability, transferability and usability of knowledge,
- achieve the ability to upgrade their level of knowledge.

Terms of participation and deregistration:
Registration / deregistration conditions: You can apply for the training until the end of the collection of applications (2 working days before the start of the training) or until the vacancies are filled. After this deadline, you can exceptionally submit the application by sending us an e-mail to tecaji@softeh.com or by phone (0)2 421 56 70. If you wish to unsubscribe, please do so in writing no later than 2 working days before the training by sending us an e-mail on tecaji@softeh.com. In case of later deregistration or non-participation, we will unfortunately be forced to charge you the full amount.
